Have you already updated your domains DNS with the nameservers of your host?

If you have, sometimes you need to wait a while (anywhere from a few hours to a day or 2).

When you purchased your hosting, they should have sent you their nameservers. These generally look something like ns1.hostingcompany.com

Login to your godaddy domain management, find the DNS sections, and paste in the nameservers your host gave you.

Ok i have found the name server (ns1.streamlinedns.co.uk) but cant find that section on my godaddy account, can anyone help with that?

Would it be "Add off site DNS" section?

No. Once you login to your account on GoDaddy.com, go to "My Domains" in the navigation area. Next, click on the domain that you wish to edit. You will now see a detailed view screen. There will be a section about nameservers. Click edit next to the nameserver area and add the nameservers for Streamline.

also double check the nameservers because most hosts I have used have AT LEAST two nameservers!

    i.e.

    ns1.streamlinedns.co.uk
    and
    ns2.streamlinedns.co.uk
