I am going to start 100 new blogs. I am looking for Cpanel based / Fantastico
hosting having Word Press Blogs. Since I want to keep these 100 sites on different class C's what is the best hosting platform.

Personally I would prefer plesk for this (managing 100 domains on different IPs from 1 account), but cpanel is just as good especially with fantastico & if you're familiar with it.

I can set you up with 100 different class C IPs & automatic wordpress installed hosting, check out my thread for pricing :)

If you want cPanel and Fantastico I would recommend making use of several different reseller accounts from different hosts. Most hosts could offer you several different c class ip's per account but I don't think it would be a ton. Also 100 accounts with one host is a single point of failure especially if you only have on reseller account with them. If you had several accounts with a host who had multiple servers and you were spread around them it would not be terribly bad.

Now my personal plug since everyone seems to do it. Hawk Host offers reseller and shared accounts at affordable prices. We have numerous servers and numerous different C class blocks of IP's in use. We have a lot of customers doing wordpress blog setups some making a LOT of money doing so. So if you're at all interested please feel free to visit our website.

If you think you're gonna get a dedicated ip for each of your 100 domains, forget about it...

And if you do, you'll need deep pockets

I can set you up with 100 dedicated IPs for $200/month, and it becomes $500/month if you want them to be on different class C's each :)

Best option would be going with a dedicated server. You should consider trying HostGator dedicated since they give you C-class Ips on request, but not sure if they'll give you around 10. Most likely the count would be 25-30...
