Hi, your server is in USA so how can you guarantee that users will have no problem with US laws infringements about warez linking? I mean real guarantee, not just "no problem with us, don't worry, blablabla" please. Everybody could allow this kind of content on a US server... until RIAA or other authorities complaint is received. Because if the admin doesn't remove the illegal linking, they could stop the server or crash your site by removing your account directly through the DC. Datacenters have a lot more to lose than yourself by playing with net police and they will not take any risk with US laws. Even if they have to refund you, they will be ready to remove your site in a few minutes if needed. I repeat my question to be more clear: how can you guarantee that users sharing warez links will not have such kinds of problem with US laws? Sorry if this questions seem offending, don't take it bad but it's for my own peace of mind as there's too much craps and traps in this hosting market jungle. Thanks for your understanding.

Like I said in the other posts that you are spamming, warez linking is legal in the USA as long as you are not linking to another USA where the warez is hosted.. (it should not be there to begin with as hosting is illegal) So please stop spamming every ones threads with your useless opinions,

as you can see in my hosting review here (not to promote it as it's private forum but just to show you if you really want to see if I'm saying s**t or not), many admins have answered my mails with same kind of question and they have not all done a whole story of it... My review has been leeched to many other forums including softpedia's forum so i guess they trust in my work. If for you I'm just a spammer so let it go...

yeah, that's surely why we had so much problems to find a US host who accepts hosting our site (ShareStation.com), lol. I know theory that you're saying, the problem is that I've encountered some probs in practice... It's allowed until our Google PR or Alexa rank is too high. You'll surely say that I'm wrong, but I take care of the facts, not the theories. Sorry but I will continue to search this way. Thank you anyway for your advice.
