Web Hosting for Ruby on Rails

    A lot of my local and international clients are asking me for hosts that can host their Ruby on Rails applications.

    I'd request all of you (web hosters) to either PM me or post your offers here. The details should include what facilities you have, costs, url etc.

    I shall also be blogging about this on my Forum and blogs - so send me the information right away. Thanks.

    As far as I know A2hosting.com has ROR in their package plans. Costs not much. Guess it'll be all right for your clients.

    Rails works with a wealth of web servers and databases. For web server, Apache or lighttpd is recommended, running either FastCGI or SCGI, or Mongrel. For database, you can use MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or Firebird. Just about any operating system will do, but recommended is a 'nix-based one for deployment.
