web hosting down, should I change robots.txt?

One of my sites is still hosted on a shared hosting server (i neglected to move it to my dedi like a tard). I just noticed yesterday that the hosting is down and its still down today. I'm afraid Google is gunna cache my site while it it is down and screw my rankings. Is it a good idea to change robots.txt so that google doesn't cache any of my pages, until i get the site moved to my dedi?

    quick replies appreciated ^_^

From the sounds of it, that makes sense. :p

Why didn't you move it if you had a dedi?
