It's 100% unique and you get full rights which means you can change it, resell it, whatever you want with it. You will also get the PSD's to go with it of course. Recently somebody has contacted me telling me that another person was saying this design is his which is not true. If somebody contacts you trying to sell you this design it's not theirs. I designed and coded this by myself and it's 100% unique. I have the original PSD's and everything. I've edited the URL because of attempts to steal this design. Hey, as I contacted you before, so I new that site design you are selling, contacting to the guy "amzingjosh" in his thread "http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1778635" as I was looking for a designer, so I contacted him regarding his thread, but he ended up showing me your site and told me he already bought this design and want to resell, so could you please confirm me, design you are selling, thats yours and unique, and you won't be selling same site to multiple people as I read your thread, so I was aware you are selling this design, but if other people may not see your thread, so he may sell it to many others, I am interested in your design, but wanted to confirm, its not sold already
