Also this thread has been going 76 days longer than you have been here so i am way more reputable than you.

BOTN you are not the only one to lose files, myself along with several customers have lost files, i am continuing attempting to make contact but it looks bleak so i may have to consider legal action, which is not the route i want to go down.
