    If the customers are billed monthly and pay, I will offer 10 times the monthly customer income for purchasing just the customers.

    If the customers are on recurring subscriptions -- a pain to get them to change -- I will offer 6 times the monthly customer income for purchasing just the customers.

    You would be expected to facilitate the transfer.
