Selling Web Hosting Company with Clients - Quick Sale

I'm currently the owner of a small web hosting company and am looking to make a quick sale on it.

I'll try to answer all your questions ahead of time and tell you everything you need to know:

1. Why am I selling?

Anyone who looks at my posting history here will see that I was looking to buy a host last month. Well, I ended up actually buying two. One bid on an auction went through that I didn't expect to and I now have one hosting company too many, and as a result I'm reselling it. My BIN price here is lower than the price I paid and I'll be selling this as a loss, but thats the price I pay for bidding on too many things at once.

2. What's included?

- You will get the account and server with the datacenter, QuadraNet. Of course, full root access to server is given along with all clients and content.
- Access to WHMCS as admin, and you will be given account with WHMCS.com that is used for license registration.
- Access to Twitter account
- Access to eNom domain reseller account, including $84 credit on account
- Litespeed License for server
- Domains EXTROVERTHOST.com, EXTROVERTHOST.net, EXTROVERTHOST.org, EXHspace.com, EXTROVPS.com all in a dedicated GoDaddy account

3. What's not included?

- Existing Paypal account used in WHMCS. You'll need to create a new Paypal account (or use one you have already) and change this in the WHMCS settings.

4. Common, cooldude7273, show me the proof!

5. Revenue?

Income in the complete month of June was $125.41, $96.99 so far this month!

Owning it for 12 months. Or it will be worth less if you bid instead of using BIN, which is fine as well.

 

What are the server costs (all licenses included)?

 

i have the same question as javajenius, also where is the server actually located ØŸ

Costs with QuadraNet are $119 for base server, $25 for WHM/cPanel, $12 for extra IPs, and $50 for 2TB extra bandwidth. On occastion, there are bandwidth overages which cost extra, but those of course aren't predictable.

WHMCS is $18.95 a month.

LiteSpeed license is $32 a month, but this is an optional expense and can be gotten rid of.

So this business is running at a loss, based on last months revenue which was $125.41, the total cost of the server and licenses (as mentioned above) is $256.95.

$256.95 - $125.41 = $131.54 loss.

Unless the $125.41 was actual revenue and you actually made $382.46 but minus the hosting costs is equal to $125.41, can you please verify?
