I'm looking to buy your web hosting business/clients. No matter how what size of business you are, whether you have a small number or large number of clients, if you want to exit out of this please contact me. You must provide solid proof of your clients and revenue and be open about your ongoing costs/maintainance. If you are interested in selling, please PM me.

Re-phrase my post after a couple of chats with people. Basically if you have clients that are dropping out and a clients that are not covering your service cost, then don't bother contacting us. I'm interested in small businesses to large businesses but viable ones that are established even if for 6 months but must be a visable opportunity. We are not interested in taking over a service with your clients exiting out leaving us with costs that are not covering themselves. Thank you.

I have been hosting for approximatley 5 years. I currently have 59 accounts that I have been hosting anywhere from 1-5 years... all small-medium sized businesses.

All customers pay on time, currently on a yearly basis. Current revenue from hosting, not including yearly domain registrations is $14,000 CDN.

Approx 100GB of used space between all customers. Total bandwidth approx 150GB monthly. All customers are located in Canada. I am not selling any servers/hardware. You can migrate all accounts wherever you like or take over my existing server (paid dedicated 3rd party). Total cost to operate $864/year (including dedicated, managed server) plus any time you spend setting up new accounts and completing admin tasks such as invoicing.

90% of these clients also have no idea how to use their cPanels. Extra fees can be charged for FTP/EMAIL account setup, etc. as requested.

I would be interested in selling the hosting component of the business as I am in the process of shutting down my company to take on a full-time position elswhere.

Please PM with an offer and I will forward any details you'd like, within reason.
