Buying Web Hosting Business/Clients

We are looking to buy over web hosting business/clients. No matter how small or how big you are, whether you are looking to exit the hosting industry, running in the red or suffering outage right now (customers are leaving you), we are interested in purchasing. Seeing that I have received many PMs and had interacted with the various interested parties through instant messenger, it seems that none have met our requirements. I had rejected going against the sales due to little information given by the interested parties.

On 1 incident, I had requested revenue and renewal date information from the seller 3 times, but he failed to provide that and saying how Adsense will make money for the site.

To save us time, my requirement will require amendment.

- I am only interested in purchasing paid hosting clients, I am not interested in taking over the company as I will be integrating the customers into our brand.
- No free hosting site.
- I will not be taking over any licenses (WHMCS, vBulletin, etc.., please include that out of the sales)
- Please provide screenshots of your claimed revenue.
- Please provide actual revenue that you receive from active clients and not include suspended or inactive clients.
- cPanel clients only.
- Minimum US$3.95/month plan. No free domain included on annual renewal.
