For those with a small web business or internet marketing company:

How do you set up your domains? (Lets pretend your company has 5 domains of its own for different purposes.)

-How do you set up your clients domains? (lets pretend you have 20 clients.)

-Can you put all of these clients on 1 unlimited domain plan that is $5/ month and spend $60 dollars for the year?(assuming you are within the GB/ limit)

-Any other information i need to know. Thanks.

(i put most sites on wordpress currently, i dont know if this matters to the solutions/recommendations)

You would do that with add-on domains.
Companies like hostgator would allow you that.

What we do with clients in that case is give them a reseller account with unlimited features so that they can configure clients on their own account and offer them all they want for a simple monthly fee. We have also done a lot of work helping and working with clients teaching them tasks and ways that they do not know.

Nothing to pretend, remember only 1 Primary Domain can be under one hosting account and the rest will be on addon domain. Meanwhile, you may consider to sign up with reseller account to ease your pain.

For small web design, Hostgator is not a good option.

If you have clients I recommend getting a reseller hosting account so that you can setup a separate cPanel account for each customer. Reseller accounts can setup invoices for you too so you can get paid easier.

If the clients need access then you would need a reseller at minimum to give each their own account. If you are just managing their sites then you could probably get away with putting them all under one account.
