Web Host Review and Rating Script/Site Wanted!

    I need someone to create a script or maybe even the entire site that will enable me to add web hosts with links urls and general information about the hosting provider.

    Visitors should be able to rate (1-10) and/or review/post comments about the host. The ratings should have multiple levels like service, support, features, value, etc and overall.

    I need this in PHP with an admin cp for adding hosts.
