    Hi all,

thanks for taking the time to look at this thread. I really prefer html for some reason and got pretty good at it and ended up doing the whole company site in it with some MySQL. I was hoping to get some feedback on the design/content.

I appreciate all feedback and thanks.

Please try and rate it from 1-10 with your thoughts.

In internet explorer, the top navigation bar and content is centered. In my default browser, firefox, the content is centered but the navigation bar is left aligned.

The live chat was nice, but when I clicked the box there were no operators available. I don't know if it would be feasible to replace the real-time support graphic with another message when there are no operators available.

I couldn't access the forum due to an error message.

Professional looking site. I would rate 6/10 which is good on my scale.

hi there, yeah i had to disable the forum for now, rebuilding it, I need to get a coder to take a look and see why Firefox doesn't center the menu bar. Any idea!?

    Thanks!

as said above navbar is alligned left
the top of the page till middle looks good but where the plans are introduced is too empty...try adding borders
you could add the sitemap dropdown box to top navbar
    my rating 6/10

    i'd give it a 5 overall -
ditch the 2 lines of logos - those are kind of 1999 anymore :)
Put your plans at the top with pricing - 'starting at $1.99" or something
I think it's more important to list services and prices right off the bat than a spiel about the company - save that for the "about" page!

Thanks, i will be sure to make these changes soon, i appreciate all of your feedback on the company design.

HTML is somewhat limited with adding nice visual borders?

if you want more control, and to get away from tables!
the more i use CSS the more i realize how difficult HTML is - especially from a design standpoint. Even tho i've been hand-coding html for 10 years!

    Take a look at:

    for starting points/tutorials, etc

I would just say making the index page smaller, so people don't have to scroll down.

Looks really professional besides those nav buttons, if you switched those your site would look very nice.

6/10 becuase the nav bar dose not go with the design and mostly beuase my first impression was that you was using a free template (dont take that a bad way) But you can still improve the site by moving the nav bar to where the blue emty space is under the header image.

hmm i've been on this site with a dialup connection 56k and it still operated smoothly. Perhaps other local processes were affecting you at the time..?
