Has anyone here used the paid advertising in the Web Host Directory for their hosting business? If so, was it effective? What did you pay for specifically, ie., what adds, prices? Feel free to PM me privately to discuss. Thanks!
I have placed an ad on 110mb.com/advertise/ and I am very satisfied. I have now bought 3 banners from them waiting for the other campaigns to finish to mine go up. If costumers keep on coming in at this rate I will probably purchase more from them. - Prilep
Thanks for the info. Never heard of them. WebHostDir wants quite a bit of money IMO, and I am not sure I can justify it unless it actually brings results. The main problem I have found in past advertising in industry magazines and web sites is that the only people looking at them seem to be my competitors, not potential customers.
I also tried freewebspace.net advertised on their forums, but didn't get good results. So far as I said I am very satisfied with 110mb.com. - Prilep
