    not coded means you get The Design layout of a site which basically is as Image design of how the site will look, the next step would be to slice that image up and code it into XHTML/CSS into a working site.:)

    I use to do them cheap and i did get alot of offers but it destroys my creativity and degrades the quality of my work because i'm not going to put full effort for $5
