I just recently worked with Michael for a new site and have given him other design work in the past. Very quick, and very nice looking designs. He's well worth the money! I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a top-notch design at an affordable price. Very easy to work with and accessible. (The last design was done mostly over Facebook) After working with him I won't use anyone else.
Careful of Proficient aka Michael 'Mizko' Wong. He robbed me of $210 USD. I paid him for some designs, then he has ignored my emails and PMs for 3 months and has not delivered a thing.
