Web From to PDF

    Are there scripts out there that will turn a web form to a pdf?

    You know fill out the web form and then it gets e-mailed a PDF?

    do you mean a script that automatically convert your page into pdf file and send it by email?

    Search Google for html2pdf.

    There is one that is free, however, paid scripts render better forms and complex designs.
