Web feed is basically .XML, its a standard way to organize information from a webpage. Atom to my understanding is the newest way form of syndicating information. Aggregator: would this be. Netvibes.com? Difference - not sure Yahoo pipes a pretty nifty tool to combine rss feeds that meet specific requirements.
