Thank-you for your submissions. Here is my feedback for each artist: @Feizar: I like the background gradient you used, Web 2.0-ish. I'm not sold on the text. Reminds me of Comic Sans - I'd like something more formal. The color tones of blue you used are a little too pastel for me. @CHSajid: Nice submission. I really like the mirror effect. I'm a fan of that in general. I'm not sure if I like the jaggedness of the center line. I'm undecided since it does catch the eye, but I'm not sure if it disrupts the text too much. @att_kiara: I see you went with the glossy pill style. I'm not sure how it would look on the dark background. They are the very traditional style, but could possibly work. I'll see how they compare to the rest of the submissions. @jmul: I think the use of dropshadow and outer glow is too much here. @Qwest Graphics: You took the metallic edge approach. I would be interested in seeing how it looks over a black background. I think you should scale the font size down so it does not dominate the whole button area and consider mixed case font. I'm not sold on the colors, but it might be interesting to see how your style would work with the blue/gray tones I gave in the sample. My favorite so far would be CHSajid's submission, but I'm looking forward to see some more options.
@123kusha: I am not crazy about the cross hatch you are using in the background. It takes away from the text readability. @att_kiara: I cannot compare to your original version, but I do like these. Very clean. Note to all: I would still be interested in seeing some more stylized approaches, staying clean, but adding a little something new/creative.
@arunefx: The text seems a bit *fuzzy*, i.e. not crisp enough. Maybe a bit too dominated by gradients.
@macgfx: These are very well done. I would like to see them over a black background. I like the text in the 2nd last row. I like the line used in the last row. I'm not sure if I would use the pill shape, or the rounded corners.
@macgfx: Thanks for the update. If selected, I will probably go with the versions in the 3rd row. @arunefx: These buttons may be multi-purpose (not just for Downloads) so I don't think I would go with the circular part. Of those you submitted, I think I like the second row best.
