There are no listing because I dont allow free links, I dont want to spam the directory. (there are 147 pending links in backend which are not accepted because they didnt pay yet)

regarding users, there are 1625 registered users on the website, according to backend stattistics. I never sent them a newsletter.

The new owner can allow free listings and send a mass newsletter informing users about free listings. I assume the traffic will increase considerably if you allow free links, but the quality of the directory will be lower.

Sorry but those numbers are crazy. That site ain't worth any more than the script license. No traffic, no revenue, no PR, ugly design. If you are willing to do a more realistic price, let me know.

 

Just because they are listed for those prices don't mean they will ever get that. Domain sellers always start out with ridiculous numbers.

That's not a bargain considering the script license is only $30 and a domain only cost $10.

You could have got a category dump and done it in a matter of seconds. There are many free ones out there for different niches and different number of categories.

 

There is no revenue because there are no ads running on the website. I said in first post that there is no traffic because for my standards the actual traffic is low. According to google analytics the site got 1859 visits since site launch. and 209 visits in last 3 months. Please consider that I have made no advertising and there is no possibility to add free links. If the new owner will enable free listings the traffic will increase significantly.

Regarding design, if it is ugly or not everybody will decide individually, I respect your opinion, but it is only your subjective opinion. Please consider that the design was made 4 years ago.

Please consider that the website is online for a long time. It is not a website created yesterday.
