    Well I meant in my opinion its not bad but it can affect your return traffic. If i went to a site like that I would just leave and probably not come back. Im only trying to help you..

    the right and left ones are ok I dont like the middle one under the navigation the 468px one. Also you should move the other banner below it..

    First thing I noticed when I visited the site was the ADS.
    The category links aren't aligned. It would look better if it were.

    i not sure how to align the links...they appear off-center....i am aware of that....how do i center them?

    I think it's because some of your categories don't have subcategories. And some have two lines of subcategories instead of one. even them out.
