    I'm selling http://www.pulsedirectory.com/ i started the directory back in April 2007, i welcome any questions about the directory except for asking the reserve price, it's hidden for a reason in bidding.

    The buyer will receive the domain, the license transfer which is usually done upon request over at PHPLD, the database and anything else which is a part of the directory in case i have forgotten.

    The license is the standard one where you need to keep the backlink to PHPLD.

    How many links are listed, and may I see some stats regarding traffic?

    Also, I already own a PHPLD license, would you be willing to cut a fraction of the price without the license?

    Low traffic, in the right hands though it could do better, gets occasional paid submissions, can go some time without them then get a handful from time to time.

    As the license is associated with this domain i will have to ask about that at PHPLD.
