I am selling a 16 months old Web Directory, here is the details:

Directory used to be a free directory, i have changed it to paid for the past three months, few paid links are made every month.

Revenue around: $25-$35/month selling links.

Hi there,

Just a question what are the "Site Favorites" links on the left. Are they paid ads? If so do they pay you monthly or what? DO they need to stay there for the new owner?

Also how can your site still be PR 0 when its so old? Has it beeen/Is it penalised?

Also did you accept all of those 40,000 links yourself or are the links scaped from somwhere?

And finally how has the directory been advertised?

Hi,
Links on the left are link exchange with other sites, only couple of them are paid. you can remove them anytime you like.

Regarding PageRank i don't have an answer actually, you will never know when google put you in PR0 zone! i have done nothing wrong to get the site penalized.

All links activated and approved by me, site is 1.5 years old and its normal to have such links.

Directory advertised in forums and directory resources.
