Selling Web Development Tutorial Site

    TutDepot was started a few months back, All the content on the web site was written uniquely for the site and the design was custom built for the site. I currently don't have the time to spend on a project like this so unfortunately i'm having to sell it.

    http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/9467/96913547.jpg - Adsense earning since this site was created ($3.87 (£2.38)). No real attempt has been made to monetize the site, There is only one adsense ad and its not placed very well. The site would receive a lot more traffic with regular updates but as i said i don't have the time to spend writing posts.

    There are currently 13 posts on the site and 22 comments. The twitter account with 530 followers is also included @tutdepot.

    I'm not sure what to ask for this site so i'm open to offers. Please PM any offer.

    yes the design is unique, and so far i've had offers around $50-60 via pm but would like a bit more considering the unique design and content
