Hello Everyone, THis is my site : http://www.shawnsitsolutions.com We are a web development company, i have a couple ideas as we are about to redo our site, we have some ideas already put together as a firm but would like to get some thoughts of everyone else. So please let us know what you think of the site. Rather it is good and you dont think we should change it, rather you think it sucks, or just any thoughts what so ever.
In my opinion the design is rather ugly. For your niche, design and appearance are extremely important. The page is rather dull color-wise, other than the few featured project images. Give the website some life. It may be a good idea to put your picture up somewhere on the website. You should have a physical address and phone number on the site too if possible. You need to gain your clients' trust.
I agree with tarponkeith when I think of a web development site I think of a site that is extremely well designed a site that has a professional look and feel to it but I don't get that impression when I look at your site.
I think it looks great so far. Maybe work on the coloring a bit. I like the drop down menus. Keep up the great work!
