Our client currently has a domain that has a capture page that goes to a thank you page as a redirect. They want the landing page to have a signup form where there is one currently that will ask for: First & Last Name, Tel. No., & E-mail address, with a re-direct to another url. All work is to be done using Microsoft Frontpage, so that the client later can edit the site if needed.
