I am looking for a web developer who is good with wordpress and can write very well in spanish. Also you must have some sense of SEO. I can do both things at above average level but I am looking for someone better than me to do some work for me. The only other requirement is that you must be based in a country where you can afford to charge me low rates because for this project our budget is not very big.
