Buying Web developer for long term relationship

    Two individuals for the following positions for a newly founded company are needed: one web designer and one web developer. Initially, the individuals concerned will be signing a short term contract and may be asked to serve as permanent employees if he/she proves to be up to the standards.

    Web Developer
    Object-Oriented PHP 5
    MySQL
    HTML 5
    CSS 3
    jQuery/JS proficiency
    AJAX (optional, but highly recommended)

    Proficiency with:
    Wordpress
    Drupal
    Joomla
    Inside knowledge on one or more of the above is recommended.

    Additional Requirements/Notes:

    Must be extremely fluent with open source applications.

    Web Designer
    Photoshop
    Illustrator (not required but highly recommended)
    Fireworks (optional)
    HTML 5
    CSS 3
    JavaScript (familiarity with jQuery)

    Additional Requirements/Notes:

    Must be able to quickly build page mockups from scratch, and transform mockups and designs into web pages with ease. Creativity is another major factor affecting the selection for this position. Work presented on the portfolio must be unique.
