Need a quick and experienced Web designer. Work with HTML/CSS, Flash, Wordpress, Drupal (would be nice but great understanding of Wordpress may be enough), etc. Some understanding of SEO is welcome. Would also prefer good English skills. Job requires to design and code W3 compliant small websites. Can be modified from existing templates, so prefer someone with access to many site templates. Some work will require you to create PSD files and cut them into HTML or Wordpress themes. Occasional design of site headers and logos as well, nice, but not required. Work from your own home, so computer and fast Internet connection are required. Also need Skype/Gtalk/MSN for voice calls. You must be available during US business hours (EST). Starting pay is $45 per site and $10 per Header. Pay will increase according to performance and quality of work.
