Hello, I'm planning on developing a network of websites, and I need someone who will charge of the development aspect. we will develop site by site. Ideal candidate should be proficient in php/mysql/etc.. and familiar with major CMS (Drupal, WP). French and Arabic are a plus, but no necessary.
