Hello everyone, I'm looking to have a website built that operates similar to hotornot..com, users will be able to create accounts and log in and submit picutres. The pictures will then be rated by other users on a scale of 1-10 and the votes will be tallied. I know exactly how I would like the website to be laid out and I have the content that I would like to be displayed on it (most likley only 5-7 pages). I don't know too much about webdesign but I think the only hard party will be allowing people to create accounts and submit pictures.
