    Hi There,

If you go to my website vakantiewoningenzeeland*.nl and click on a few of the houses you will see that the lay-out is for every house the same (except for the colors).
I want to try to sell a different lay-out to some of my costumers.

    This is my plan:
In the near future I want to offer a "package" to a group of potential customers.
The customers just choose a domain name and one of the available lay-outs and I organize the rest (hosting, coding, pictures, copy-writing, paper work).

    Website= home page + 5 pages + 1 contact page.
Theme website=holiday, sea, sun, fun, spacious (<=I mean not crowded), nature, green farm fields, blue skies .
Maybe show 1 or 2 months of the availability calendar on the home page
    Size website=950px, for 1024 screens
Target group= holiday house owners from my website vakantiewoningenzeeland*.nl Please look at the houses, they are not big castles .

    Remarks:
If you think you make lay-out that fits the theme.. give it a try.
If you use stock pictures use: fotolia*.com, any pictures of houses, will be replaced by a picture of real holiday house (Do not buy! just remember the ID's).
    Payment through PayPal only.
Delivery in layered PSD, must be a unique design not from a template(site).
The house are in Holland, we don’t have palm trees and we don’t have tropical white beaches..

I hope I gave correct and enough information :),
let me know what to do next.

    Kind regards,
    Cees
