Please give a working model/advice on how to run a web designing business with no (or very little) fixed cost. Keeping a programmer and designer means that one has to give them salary. Why not tie up with freelancers and outsource the projects?
There is no such thing as free. But you can keep the cost as low as possible by open the tender for the design project you get at major freelance site.But you must endure the indirect cost such as timing need to be prefect coz sometimes,your project will be bid after 1 week you posted it.Freelance is a short term solution but if you keep getting more project,then you should hire a full time designer.
Here's a question: Say your web design company got really big... Do you think it could still actually work out cheaper to hire a freelancer or outsource your work rather then hire someone to work in-house? Remember when you employ someone there are taxes and other fee's you have to pay.
learn some photoshop ... php ... and with these two u can get started ... and u learn in the future more and extend ur business. i suggest u to get a partner if u want to start this kind of business. cheers mate
