Web Designers- Please identify what blog or CMS software these sites are using

    ok folks.

    I am very interested to know what software or CMS system these sites are using (eg// Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress and so on...) ..or if you think they are a custom code site (eg/ no CMS or blog software but proprietry code)

    ... I cant spot any telltale links or copyrights in the footers so I am looking for you design gurus to help me please :D o

    Technorati (custom site?) what IS that strange font??

    SEOmoz is using cakePHP so odds are its a custom CMS built off of Cake.

    When using Wordpress, do we have to state it at our footer? Or can we totally eliminate it like these previous sites you have mentioned?

    Do you have some evidence to back that up?

    There's no wp-admin or wp-content directory (can you change those directories in Wordpress?) - which is usually a telltale sign. The sign doesn't seem like any other Wordpress page, and I don't see why that would even be a logical choice.

    I'd think they custom-built the site. If not, they're kind of lazy for such a big site.
