Web Designers/Coders Needed (building team)

Hello,

My name is Rafael Torres and I am creating a web designing team dedicated to bring top-notch designs and coding to customers world-wide. I have started coding/designing a site http://elusiveweb.com/ for promoting our designs and creating custom designs to customers. I am coding it from the bottom up with a forum and account access. I am looking for more designers and coders to join me as I will not be able to code and design all the customers sites by myself. I am planning on registering Elusive Web as a real company and employing the team once we start making good business. This is a business opportunity as well as a team which I am trying to build to be dedicated to each other. Please post here with information or questions regarding my request.
