    Him english no speak, wtb = wts , or no understand what mean.

    I guess he's a retarded coder using a cracked Artisteer or some Visual Designing Tool, and obviously he's lieing about being from Texas US. 45 posts in 3 years though, not very trustable, and probably poor code quality / not valid w3c html/css.
