Buying Web Designer / Web Developer

    I am looking for a good web designer and developer who can create wordpress sites and also edit them whilst being able to add new features easily and quickly. Design skills don't need to be great as wordpress has plenty of good themes.

    We have a lot of work required such as tweaking ads, adding new logos, creating new sites. Basically someone who can work quickly deliver changes when required.
