    Hello,

I am looking for a web designer that can meet the following:

    - Unique web designs (no preloaded or modifying free template themes)
    - Able to do a variety of designs ie. HTML/CSS/Flash
    - Can provide the design and psd template (or whatever program you use to create it)
    - Clear communication and able to provide support
    - Portfolio of work
    - Well priced; ideally around $75 maximum per quality unique design and up to $35 per page (depending on requirements). If you have to go over please explain.

Please only serious web designers apply that are committed and have a portfolio, this could be regular work for you if it works out.
