Web Designer Wanted - Simple website/CSS

    Hello,

    I need a simple website making. There will be buttons on it that should change colour once hovered only, maybe a bit of flash (not sure) and a simple layout.

    Only require the one page, you must be able to use CSS and HTML and I would need the files to modify it in Dreamweaver.

    Looking for someone who is experienced and has a portfolio.

    Budget: $75 maximum
