I'm looking for the website of a banner designer I saw a while back on these forums. Unfortunately I can't find the thread despite searching and I didn't bookmark the site. I remember the URL was posted by somebody as a tangent in an unrelated thread I think. The guy was offering banners for $10 for 48-hour turnaround, $20 for 24 hour turnaround, he had a bunch of sample ones up on his site.
