Buying Web designer to refresh my site

    Hi,
    I need a web designer to take a look at my site:
    http://www.technicant.com
    and come up with a refreshed design.

    Can you give some idea of timescales, pricing and what changes you would make. Also some examples of previous work.

    As a follow up, the site is not running on an existing CMS, its all custom written so the requirement would be for an HTML template using css for styling.

    I can give it a much more modern, professional, Web 2.0 type look. I can have the initial design to you within a few days, and then a few more days to finalize changes, complete coding, etc. So about a week or so total. I charge around $300, but am willing to discuss price.
