Buying Web Designer Required

    We are looking for a new web hosting design and the only real brief is that the site must be CSS/XHTML based and be bright, clean and attractive.

    The niche is aimed at Business Grade hosting and therefore, must look professional and easy to use (not bloated!).

    Our budget for the site is only $100.
