Web Designer needed for Re-Design of existing cms-based website

One of my websites is in need of a new design. I do have an idea of how the new design shall look like, but I am not a good designer/coder.

So, I am looking for an experienced designer, who is able to adapt quickly to a different CMS software and design/implement the new layout. This job might require some graphics work as well. If you have worked with different CMS systems, this should probably not too difficult to figure out. If you have worked with only one specific CMS software and are locked into that type of package, this job might not be for you.

The website is running on the (unfortunately now unsupported) Evo-Articles CMS script. The backend is based on template files and integrated CSS. Important: CSS and template files need to be modified through the backend GUI (that's just how the software works). Everything is MySQL and PHP. You should be able to create the CSS outside of the CMS and just copy and paste it back into the CMS if that makes it easier for you)

The designer I am looking for needs to be able to adapt easily to a different environment. I want to pay for design and work and not for somebody who has no experience with different CMS packages trying to figure out stuff. As mentioned I do have an existing idea of what I am looking for and I need somebody who can pick up that idea and run with it. I'd like to get your input and help to turn this into something special. In return your name and link can be mentioned on an authoritive PR 6 website as the designer and get your more business (of course that comes as an extra bonus if you do an outstanding job).

When contacting me, please provide a link (at least one) to work you have done in the past. References would be even better. Please list your main skill set as well. Plain messages with nothing other than "I can do this - please contact me" type of messages will be ignored.

I will provide more information and screenshots of the backend so that you can get an idea of the scope. Then we can talk money (if you are out for $x,xxx.xx - that is out of my budget / this is a $xxx.xx job).

    Thanks.

    Christoph
