**Please read full message before requesting. I am only a designer, I do not code. I had a thread going for a while advertising my design services, but I have stopped keeping it going. Reason for this is, it was beginning to not be worth my time anymore. I was getting frustrated at all the buyers who would have me do their design then disappear. I would do their home page, then they would ask for a few subpages.. I would do them and then I stopped hearing from them. I was losing hours of work. I am trying again, but with a few notes for you to consider. I have also raised the prices a bit to make it more worth my while. * Homepage must be completely paid for before I will do the sub pages. You can request as many subpages as you wish, but I will not start on them until you are happy with the homepage and have paid for it. * I don't mind revisions at all, however if you're going to have me keep making changes, I want you to think of how long I am spending on your page. There are times I spend hours just doing revisions on one project. I really don't mind it, but I would appreciate a bit extra compensation. * If you don't like what I did or don't need the design anymore, just tell me. I would prefer to know instead of just wondering if you'll ever email me back. * If you have bought a design from me in the past, you can keep the same price from the last thread. My starting price for a standard home page: $40 **if I feel your site will require more in-depth work, I charge more. Price for a redesign** of your current site: $30 Starting Price for each subpage: $10 ** I consider a redesign taking the content you have and adding better graphics to it. If you're wanting new features, and a lot of changes made, price will be for a standard homepage, not a redesign. You would receive the PSD file only. - If your designs require photos (from sites such as istockphoto) you would be required to buy the license. I will provide you the link to do so. - My specialty is web 2.0, and that's mostly all I do. - Your job will be completed within 48 hours latest (will be done within 24 unless I'm doing more than 1 at a time.) If I am swamped, I will let you know that I can't accept your order unless you are willing to wait a few extra days. - Proud to say that I am extremely organized when I am designing. I have had 3 designs done from kim, and must say every 1 is excellent, 1 simple image change on 1 template is all i needed, and from 3 templates that not to bad for me Just look at her portfolio to see how good she is, I'm happy to say i'll be ordering lots more. Very nicely done kim. Good price and quality is hard to come by, so hopefully you'll be around long enough for me to complete most of my projects. Thanks again Stevie.

Finally, she sent to me yesterdary 1 of the 2 files we agreed i would pay, because of my last answer on this thread. She replied me in a very bad way/mood. She's a very difficult person to deal with. And in our last email, when I've told her "the client is always right", aswered: Well, this isn't a business to me. It's a hobby of mine, I do it for fun. A good designer is not only a person who can design good stuff but, have a good relatioship with his/her client. Don't look only at a portfolio, because we can be a victim of a non-ethic person. I didn't see this reply until now, and I need to defend myself. This is a hobby to me, not a business. I do this to make spare cash. I did your design in a very fast timeframe. You disappeared and didn't respond to any emails for what was it.. 2-3 weeks? Maybe more, I don't remember. You finally send me payment, but because I didn't respond to your email within 2 days, you send me an email saying that I'm scamming you of your money and you're going to give me negative iTrader rating. I think you were the difficult one. Like I said before in the email I sent to you, if you're going away, you should send the person who is doing a design for you (and waiting on payment) a message before you decide to disappear. As for only sending you 1 of the 2 PSDs: The second PSD was a favor I was doing for you because you asked. You didn't even pay for the second PSD. Once you became difficult and threatening to discredit me on this site, I decided that if you were going to do that to me, the favor wasn't needed anymore. I would change your attitude toward future designers you deal with. No one else has ever had a problem with me. You are the only one who . I always deliver designs promptly, and plenty of people can stand up for me to say I am a great person to work with. I take pride in it, and I'm not going to sit here and let someone discredit me like this. I doubt any of the other people here requesting designs check here, but if they do, and you still need a design, you can shoot me a PM or an email. My portfolio is in my sig and is newly updated.
