I am in need of a web designer who is good with Photoshop or similar as well as CSS. I have many projects needed to be started asap. Person must be able to work within agreed timeline! My projects are never ending. I don't need you to put content only place holders on the pages I have you create. You will also be responsible for designing the logo of the particular websites as well as the theme. I need to fill this position asap!
