Web Designer for full time salary basis

I am looking for a web designer, who is good in photoshop, Dreamweaver, html, css, flash.

Probably worth posting a salary range as no point being flooded by UK designers looking for £30k ($60,000) if you are looking to pay around $20,000

 

yes you may be right, I am looking designers at this time only outside of Europe due to cost and as salary is not fixed according to designers time expertise and currency value we can negotiate it.

So I would request please PM me only if you are affordable designer.

I understand for UK/US even 2500$ is not a good salary and which I cannot afford, so there is no point of getting PM from such areas, if this is what I can afford than I don't even need to post in forum, I can give an add in newspaper, I can find many people here too, if I can offer that much salary
