Buying Web Designer/Developer to create a new website

    I am looking for a Web Designer/Developer to develop a new website for me. The website would be a City Portal + Social Network Site

    The website should have the following functionalities/Section:
    1. Online Classifieds
    2. Community discussion
    3. Forum
    4. Gallery
    5. Videos
    6. Chat
    7. News
    8. Events
    9. Downloads and Links
    10. Polls
    11. Side banners and Ads
    12. Login and registration Form
    13. Search Option
    14. Weather Forecast
    I will show you a similar site via PM.
    Additionally the website should also have a Social Networking Feature somewhat similar to FB or Orkut or any other Social network site

    Did you want this built in a CMS or custom framework?

    Joomla may be a good CMS for a system like this
