    I am in need of a web developer to redesign a website (200 plus pages and expanding )
    I need some one who :::

    1. Have a good experience in website designing and who can make big sites in a given time frame .

    2. Who has a deep insight in to SEO and knows how to take a site on top.

    3. who is himself a good designer and can design a fresh layout as well as a good logo.

    4. Who knows how and where to place proper adsense adds for maximum adds. and who can create a script that can embed the adsense adds automatically on a new pages,

    5. Who knows how to set up a forum on a site.

    6. Who knows how to set up a article writing script on a site ...so that users can post there articles.

    7. who can put a search engine in a site

    8. Above all who can do proper search and adds more pages on weekly basis.

    Hello and thanks for your responce back.
    Well I want some one who can redesign one of my site ( it was earlier made by me and i dont know much of designing ) ..i want a new layout( a professional one) a new color combination , a new logo and lots and lots of more pages....it has aroung 25 pages but i want like around 200 pages with some pictures.. I want some one to work closely and with in a time frame. I want some one who had a great knowledge about the forums and how to out forums in the site. I want some one who had a knowledge about SEO as well as google adsense. How to embed adsense in proper place. who can put a site map .and some other easy stuff
