    I'm an experienced PHP developer of 5 years, and HTML/CSS/JS developer of 6 years whom is willing to do freelance work at low rates.

    Examples of previous work:
    - was a PHP designer and developer for one of the world's largest minecraft servers

    - author of 8crypt and Lulzcrypt executable programs
